This year, our theme reminds us that the work we put into every class, every assignment, every practice, and every relationship truly matters. “Work with all your might” is more than a slogan—it’s a call to wholehearted diligence rooted in Scripture. Ecclesiastes 9:10 says, “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might...” God honors effort that is sincere, disciplined, and done for Him. Whether students are studying, serving, competing, or encouraging one another, we want every action to reflect a heart committed to giving its best. When we choose effort over excuses, faithfulness over convenience, and excellence over apathy, we discover that effort really does make the difference.
