Dear Parents,

The Lancaster Fine Arts competition is next week.  This is the last communication we will send you prior to leaving for this competition.

Please remember that your students will be required to bring their suitcases on Wednesday morning when they report for school as usual.  We will then dismiss classes approximately at noon and load up the buses.

We should return to the school approximately 6 – 7 pm on Friday night.  Again, we will have the students call you when they are about 15 – 30 minutes away.

Enclosed is the list of categories your student will be competing in.

Should you have any questions or require additional information, please don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Sincerely,

Bro. Esposito

Dear Parent(s):

Can you believe Christmas Break is already here!  We have had a wonderful first half of the school year and are looking forward to the second half as well.

With the end of the calendar year approaching, that gives us only a few short weeks before we go to the Lancaster Fine Arts Competition.  This year, the competition will be held March 3rd thru 5th.  It is for all students 4th grade thru 12th grade.  School will be closed for all K4 thru 3rd grade students.

The cost for this competition is $90 per student.  The fee for Fine Arts or any Fine Arts related costs may NOT be billed.  As of this date, we have yet to receive the $30 deposit fee that was due by November 30th.    We need to receive this deposit PLUS another $30 payment no later than December 30th.  Yes, that means $60 by December 30th.  The 3rd and final payment of $30 will be due January 15th.  However, if we do not receive the $60 by the December 30th cut off date, we regret that your child(ren) will not be able to attend the competition.

Should you have any questions or require additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office at 562/426-5214.

Sincerely,

Bro. Johnny Esposito

Dear Parent(s):

Can you believe Christmas Break is already here!  My, how time does fly!  That means we only have a few short weeks to prepare for the Lancaster Fine Arts Competition.

This year the competition will be held March 3rd thru 5th.   All projects for Fine Arts is due in to the school no later than January 11th.  There will be no extensions as we will be holding a Pre Fine Arts competition here at the school.  If the projects are not turned in by the cut off date, they will not be able to be entered into the competition.

Also, please note that the 2nd payment of $30 is due on December 30th and the final payment of $30 is due on January 15th.  The fee for Fine Arts or any Fine Arts related costs may NOT be billed.  These fee’s are also non-refundable and must be paid prior to the competition.  As a school, we need to secure hotel rooms and competition meals up front and depend on all our students to have their fee’s paid on time so that we can accomplish this.

Should you have any questions or require additional information, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office at 562/426-5214.

Sincerely,

Bro. Johnny Esposito
