Dear PBS Family & Friends:

Greetings in the holy name of our blessed Lord Jesus Christ! Time flies when you are having fun that is for sure. Can you believe there is only one week left of the 2009-2010 school year? The past few weeks have been great. PBBC College Days went very well (special thanks to Brother Zach Hawk, Brother Joseph Esposito and Miss Jennifer Jacome). The banquet was outstanding (special thanks to Brother Pineda and dozens of those who made it happen). Our PBS Revival Fires (special thanks to Brother Vong, Brother Chim and all the men who spoke) was stirring with many decisions made.

We just started traveling with the PBBC Tour Group. They travelled to the San Francisco area, and sang in two different churches this past weekend. They did a good job (special thanks to Brother Joseph and Brother Zach)! A few of our girls, Mrs. DaCosta and my wonderful wife went to Palm Springs for a few days on an activity (special thanks to Mrs. DaCosta for planning the trip). We have three graduations next week. We have Senior Trip the following week and then comes Summer School. WOW!!!

We are looking forward to a great year next year. We are presently in the midst of Early Registration for the 2010-2011 school year. I hope you have taken advantage of the discount.

I also wanted to take a moment to inform you of a few changes next year. First of all, Miss Soung Mok will be replacing Mrs. Rubio in the First Grade class next year. Mrs. Rubio is going home to take care of her husband (be a house wife), you know us husbands need all the help we can get! We are going to miss her. We thank God for her years of service for the Lord and our students here at PBS!

Also, Miss Meyers will become a FT piano teacher next year to help better equip the next generation of piano players. We sure are going to miss her and thank God for her also. I am excited about the fact that Miss Leslie Herrera will be taking that class! Miss Herrera is one of our finest! Some more exciting news, Mrs. Courtney Sin will be returning to PBS next year taking one of our Kindergarten classes. Lots of changes, but good changes!

We are looking forward to a great summer this year and another exciting school year!

P.S. I want to especially thank all of you parents who worked alongside your child(ren) who achieved the goal of ten (10) demerits or less during the school year. This is quite an accomplishment, especially at PBS!
