To the Parent’s of (your student’s name),

I hope this memo finds you well. Things have been moving so fast that I have not been able to get this out on time. I wanted to inform you of a few things regarding my class.

For a couple of weeks now I have been sending out grades. If your child’s grades are low, they might need to come to Help Class to work on missing work or retake a test or quiz. Please help me out with this. If your child has a lot of missing work, they should come to Help Class to finish it. Help Class is every Monday from 3:15-3:45.

I also do a lot of communication through e-mail and my homework page. 90% of the materials that are e-mailed are sent home with your child. On my homework page, I post the day’s assignments, announcements, and study helps. If you can get on the internet, I recommend that you check my homework page weekly. Please take a moment to answer a few questions for me.
